English. Español. Kreyòl.
The same message, in the language each worker thinks in.
Why three
Training only works if the crew understands it.
On a South Florida job site, the crew may speak English, Spanish or Haitian Creole, and often all three. Heat training that only some of the crew understands leaves the rest guessing. SunSol puts all three languages in one kit, so the card in every wallet and the poster on every wall say the same thing.
Where each language stands.

Español
I’m a fluent Spanish speaker, and I write and check the Spanish myself.

Kreyòl
Native Haitian Creole speakers review every line before anything is printed.
How a translation gets checked.
- Translate only from the locked English, so nothing drifts.
- Keep every number, time and temperature exactly the same (1 cup, 15 to 20 minutes, 80°F, 90°F, 911).
- Have native speakers read it, fix it and approve it before printing.
The wallet card.
English on the front. Spanish and Haitian Creole on the back. One card for the whole crew.
